Following his passion for construction and customer service, Randy Douglas started building custom homes in 1988. As a family run company, Stefan Homes Builders has developed a reputation for being able to deliver superior customer service, and exceptional quality of work at competitive prices.

Customers value the ability to be able to contact and speak directly with Randy six days a week from early morning to late evening to discuss and resolve their construction and contract concerns.

Over the last 30 years Stefan Home Builders has built over 400 new homes, completed countless renovation projects, developed a number of apartments and condominiums and constructed numerous light commercial tenant fit outs and office renovations.

More recently Stefan Home Builders has branched out to offer its services to people who have suffered a devastating fire or water related insurance loss to their properties. What started as a request from an insurance adjuster to bid on a complete rebuild project has now turned into a personal aspiration of Randy to utilize his company’s expertise to help people out in their time of need.

Having completed several projects outside of Winnipeg in locations ranging from Kenora to Gillam, Stefan Home Builders has the flexibility and expertise to accommodate construction needs in all areas of the province.
