Our experience with Stefan Homes began in 1990, when Randy built our two story home in East St. Paul.
Twelve years later, we downsized, and Randy built our bungalow, in East St. Paul. Throughout both
builds, Randy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. You will never find a more up front and honest
builder. As a custom builder Randy continually demonstrated an old world mentality of craftsmanship,
and took great pride in the service and product he provided.
In 2017 we bought an existing home which was 15 years old. We had no hesitations in calling upon
Randy and his team, to undertake a complete renovation of our home. There isn’t another builder in
Winnipeg we would consider working with.

Over the last 20 years I have had Stefan Homes remodel my main floor, completely develop my basement, add a three-season sun room and landscape my backyard. Your company was helpful in the design, they obtained the necessary permits, arranged the required inspections and arranged the necessary subtrades. We certainly appreciated the promptness of your workers which allowed us to make our personal arrangements.
Throughout the entire process, all individuals involved were polite and courteous while working on the project. It was a pleasure to have them working in such close proximity to our space. Our privacy was always respected. This included the subtrades that were contracted to perform specific construction tasks.
All issues that arose during work on the project were identified and promptly corrected.
This project from the initial meeting to its completion took a little longer than expected but the overall experience was pleasant.
