Stefan Home Builders is proudly in the process of bringing along the second generation of company leadership with Randy’s son, Thomas Douglas, starting to moving out of full-time carpentry work and taking on the challenge of doing site supervision, estimating and project management tasks.
We treat each build as if it were our own. By the end of your project, you will probably know us and our skilled team of trades by their first names.
In his second year with Stefan Homes Builders, Evan is the newest member of the team. He appreciates the positive working atmosphere every day on site and in his personal time likes to work out and watch sports.
As his grey hair would suggest, Randy has over 40 years of experience in all aspects of construction in Manitoba and finds no greater satisfaction than using that knowledge to deliver successful projects for our customers. Outside of working hours, he likes watching the Bombers and Jets and humbling himself by trying to play golf.
